How does annual billing work?
Payment is collected after each year's service is completed — just like a one-time job, except your rate is locked in at the plan discount. You're not charged in advance. We show up, do the work, and bill you for that year's service at your locked-in rate.
When do you contact me to schedule each year?
We reach out 4–6 weeks before your service window to confirm the date and any details. You'll never need to remember to rebook — we track the schedule and come to you. If your preferred timing shifts, just let us know.
Which services can I include in an annual plan?
Annual plans typically cover house / soft washing, driveway cleaning, or a combination of both. If you want to bundle additional services — gutter cleaning, fence washing, deck cleaning — just mention it when you reach out and we can work something out.
Is my rate locked in for the full plan length?
Yes. When your plan starts, your annual service rate is locked in at the agreed discount for the entire term. No annual price increases, no surprises.
What if I need to reschedule a year?
